National Trust for Historic Preservation

Sol Legare Historic Sea Shore Farmers Lodge, Charleston, SC. This project was nearing collapse due to years of neglect. The buildings history was important to the local sea side community of families and farmers who lived there and used the lodge as a hospital, community meeting center, religious gatherings, library and many other uses.
